Guo Pei Fragrance Overview
The objective of this project is to take research and inspiration collected from Guo Pei, traditional Chinese culture, and Chinese symbolism and references from Guo Pei’s pieces in order to concept, design, and execute an identity for the upcoming release of Guo Pei’s new fragrance, PURE.

Color Study
The color green represents growing, sprouting and healing. This color is used to represent the garden element of who Guo Pei found peace and inspiration.
The color gold is used to represent royalty, wealth, and completeness. it is used mainly for the symbolization of the phoenix, used to represent her rise to fame and royalty.
The color white is used to represent purity. This color is used to represent her organic process of designing her elegant dresses.
Brand Integration
PURE by Guo Pei will obviously be ripping the runway, however our goal in this integration is to get others to visualize the story behind the fragrance, as well as all of the influences from Chinese culture within Guo Pei’s entire brand. We plan to hold a design forum about Guo Pei’s use of Chinese tradition and culture in her designs. We want attendees to recognize the artistry of Guo Pei and to put her designs into perspective. Along with the forum, PURE will be introducing our newest line of fragrances in swag bags given out by the organization.
